I tried at LEAST 5-6 fixes that I found here and on other forums. On the right, double-click on LoadBehavior and check the value: if it say 0, set it to 3. Now you should see the "refresh" icon again within Outlook 2013. Mine was located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Common FIles\Apple\Internet Services\APLZOD32.dll In Outlook 2013 go to File >Options >Add-Ins >Click "GO" at the Manage: COM Add-ins >Add > add the APLXOD32.dll from your files.This will setup iCloud for Outlook once again.

  • Now open Control Panel >Uninstall Programs > Select iCloud >Change >Remove.
  • Under the E-mail tab select the iCloud account you are having issues with and remove it.
  • In Outlook 2013 go to File >Account Setting drop down >Account Settings.
  • Here you will select the iCloud Outlook: Add-in and hit Remove >OK

  • Before hand I tried repairing and re-installing the iCloud for Window program, going into add-in within Outlook and enabling the add-in which never stayed or worked. I too had this issue and after several days of reading post after post I tried the following at it worked for me.
